1. Who we are

1grow Menu is a digital menu and product catalogue platform operated by Nexgenads Technologies pvt ltd, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect on menu.1grow.in and how we use it.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us: business and contact details you share through enquiry forms, WhatsApp messages, or email, and the menu, catalogue, pricing, and image content you provide to us for set-up.

Information collected automatically: page visits, browser and device details, and approximate location captured by our analytics endpoints and Google Analytics (when enabled in production), plus local storage values such as a random visitor identifier used to keep the demo experience consistent.

Order intent: when a customer taps an order or enquiry button, the pre-filled message is delivered to the business through WhatsApp. We record that an order was initiated, but the conversation itself happens on WhatsApp.

3. How we use information

To provide and operate the digital menu service, respond to enquiries, deliver and maintain customer menus, improve the product, and protect the platform from abuse and fraud.

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

3a. Google Analytics

On menu.1grow.in we use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) in production to understand aggregated traffic, such as pages viewed, approximate geography, device type, and referral source. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies; Google’s privacy policy describes how they process data.

We do not use Google Analytics to collect WhatsApp message content, phone numbers you type into forms, or other content you submit for menu setup. You can limit analytics through browser cookie controls or opt-out tools provided by Google.

4. Sharing and disclosure

Service providers that help us run the platform — hosting, storage, analytics (including Google Analytics for aggregated website usage), and email — process data only on our behalf.

Order and enquiry messages are handed to WhatsApp and processed under Meta's terms.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of 1grow Menu, our customers, or the public.

5. Retention and security

We keep information for as long as an account or menu is active, and afterwards only as long as needed for legitimate business or legal purposes.

We use industry-standard access controls and encrypted transport, but no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

6. Your choices and rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@nexgenads.space. You can also disable cookies and clear local storage at any time through your browser settings.

7. Third-party links

Our site links to third-party services such as WhatsApp and Nexgenads. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
