1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing menu.1grow.in, using a digital menu or catalogue built with 1grow Menu, or using the free QR code generator, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

1grow Menu provides digital menus and product catalogues with QR access, hosting, updates, and WhatsApp-based ordering tools, operated by Nexgenads Technologies pvt ltd, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.

Demo menus and sample brands shown on this website exist to demonstrate the product and are not real businesses or live offers.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us at support@nexgenads.space if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Plans, fees, and commissions

Paid plans consist of a one-time setup fee and a recurring maintenance fee as published on the pricing section of this website, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

1grow Menu charges zero commission on orders placed through your menu. Prices may change with notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the menu items, images, prices, branding, and other content you supply. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to use that content, and you grant us a licence to host and display it solely to operate the service.

We may use anonymised screenshots or demo builds of your menu for marketing only with your consent.

6. WhatsApp and third-party services

Order and enquiry buttons deliver messages through WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta and governed by Meta's own terms. Delivery, availability, and format of those messages are outside our control.

Links to third-party websites, including Nexgenads, are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to publish unlawful, misleading, infringing, or harmful content, to attempt unauthorised access to any system, or to interfere with the normal operation of the website or other customers' menus.

8. Intellectual property

The 1grow Menu platform, website design, logos, and software are owned by or licensed to Nexgenads Technologies pvt ltd and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1grow Menu is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, with notice where reasonably possible. Fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable unless required by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
